Our Philosophy:

Tender Time Learning Center provides personal attention, gentle guidance and developmentally appropriate activities. Our goal is to do the best job we can in caring for your child. To attain this goal, a lot of elements must be accomplished.

•We believe each and every child deserves love and attention; we will give them the individual love and attention they need.

•Caring for children takes a lot of patience. As children grow up they learn from their mistakes. It's important to let them to know it's O.K. to make mistakes and even more important to try again. We will give your children the patience they need to keep trying until they succeed.

•Every part of your child's development should be positive. We strongly believe in positive reinforcement as opposed to negative discipline.

•We encourage communication between parents annd teachers. We favor your input and comments, and any concerns you may have.

•We don't think of our teachers as substitutes for parents, but rather partners working together to raise happy and healthy children. Growing and learning go hand in hand. We want these precious years in your child's life to be the best they can.
